Bicester Village Five Evenings of Christmas Gifting Promotion: Terms and Conditions
The promoter
1. This Promotion (as defined below) is conducted by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD (VR or us, we, etc.) and is operated in conjunction with the Participating Boutiques (as defined below) at Bicester Village.
Eligibility
2. The promotion is open to all guests at Bicester Village.
Dates of Promotion
3. The Promotion applies to purchases made at different Participating Boutiques from 17 December until 21 December 2018 between the hours of 17.00 and 21.00 (5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.). The Promotion does not apply to any purchases made outside those periods.

Please note that each boutique is only participating in the Promotion on the day listed for it above and between 17:00 and 21:00, and not on other days or other times during of the Promotion.
VR reserves the right to amend the list of Participating Boutiques at its discretion. You are advised that not all boutiques at Bicester Village are participating in this Promotion.
The Discount
5. During the promotion period that applies to it, each Participating Boutique is offering an additional discount of 10% (ten percent) off the already reduced outlet prices (the Discount) on all product in store. The Discount is additional to any other discounts or reductions being offered by the Participating Boutique. [Note: the VR website currently states “Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer” and still refers to Privilege – for review]
6. The Discount applies to all goods in store, but does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, or to goods purchased before the promotion period (e.g. in the case of returns).
7. Please remember that each Participating Boutique is only offering this discount on the day and during the hours indicated above.
General
8. The Discount has no cash or exchange value.
9. VR reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion for any reason, at any time, without giving prior notice.
10. VR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
11. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) VR, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village are not responsible for the prices at which any boutique at Bicester Village advertises or sells goods from time to time; (ii) this Promotion does not create a contractual relationship between VR and you in relation to the Discount or otherwise; (iii) VR, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village make no warranties regarding the goods (including in respect of their quality) which you may obtain from the boutiques at Bicester Village; (iv) you have no right, and waive your ability to make any claim against VR, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village in the event that a Participating Boutique at Bicester Village fails to honour the Discount purported to be made available by this Promotion in whole or in part, and your only remedy in such a situation is the making of a claim for redress to the relevant Participating Boutique; and (v) nothing in these terms and conditions will exclude or limit VR’s liability for death or personal injury from its negligence or that of its employees or officers.
12. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
